Cross STS. Turn R. down Elm Hollow & then L.down Old EH trail.Go 200 yds to "Y" turn left (straight goes down to ski area).Stay on trail to Log Trail Ski trail. Turn R. & go a short 1/4 m. Bear R. on trail to the top of Avalanche/Denton hill. Just before you can see the lift there is a X-ski marker on a tree on your L.The trail I like to the bottom is on the R. orange flag, but the view is straight ahead & I sometimes ride the ski trails to the bottom. There are trails on the N. Side of Rt.6 and connecting single track to the other side of Cherry Springs SP.For more info contact me. I will Post other rides , but the sun just came out. Ride Time.

| Ski Denton has developed a bike park in the Elm Hollow - Ridge trail area with more than 15 new trails and more are flagged. If you use these trails with the ones on the Lyman Run road side & the ones on the north of rt.6 you have a full day of riding 95% single track. Here is a typical 2-3 hr.ride. I'm the only bike that has ridden these trails. Here is a typical 2-3 hr. ride for me.Park at Rest Area. Enter ski area. Proceed up Elm Hollow just to the left of the lift, I usually cross the stream here but you don't have to, you can go straight they come together in a short distance.I call this the Elm Hollow ski trail. About a 1/2 mi.trail bears left, notice new trail that enter straight ahead which is the old Elm Hollow trail(better to come down).Proceed up to the "Y" and turn right. Notice 2 trail coming down the gulley (blue flags). Proceed up to summit. You will pass 3 trails coming in on the L., one near the top crosses the trail and connects to Old EHT(down!). Also near the top, a trail starts on the L. and parallels Ridge Trail to the vista.Next, look for Old EHT |
